Yes, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included free of charge with your stay. You receive the the online check in link 3 days before arrival .

Unfortunately this is not possible. We ask you to pay the full amount 4 weeks before arrival in full. If not received the reservation will be canceled automatically. We send  you an invoice and payment link at your booking time. You can pay by bank or almost all major global payment methods like creditcard , paypal. etc etc.

Yes, for bookings made on our website. The price includes the costs for your stay, endcleaning, bedlinen and towels. VAT, tourist tax and the summercard are also included.
if you have booked via booking.com or Airbnb, the tourist tax is usually mentioned in the total price, but not yet charged. You pay this on arrival  at checkin

Yes they are included in the total rental price. As is the endcleaning.
in Avenida Mountain resort you will also receive Bathrobes and slippers

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel for free, after this period  the cancellation fee is 100% . We recommend a cancellation insurance.
at reservation we ask a first payment of 10% to confirm your booking

Official check-in starts at 15:00. Check out is before 10:00. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance. On the day of arrival, The host  can check if the apartment is ready earlier. If not, there is always a solution to store your luggage , fresh up and start an early skiing or active mountain day , so you can come back later to check in

The deposit or insurance  ( € 350 or €500 , varying per apartment) can only be handled through a credit card reservation. The amount is reserved and not charged. We refund this on the day of your checkout if all is in order. If not we contact you immediately. please note, it can take up to 30 days before it shows on your credit card statement. We cannot influence this unfortunately

The apartments at Alpin resort Kaprun have a private parking spot for 2 cars, behind each other || Avenida mountain resort and Kitzpanorama have private parking spots in the parking garage ( ktizpanorama has one spot, Avenida mountain resort has 2 spots, next to each other

All the other resorts have available non reserved guest parking

9 days before arrival you receive an email or message via your booking app with all check in instructions

Additional to this  we send you 3 days before arrival a pre check in link where you can fill out the details for all guests

Baby beds for children up to 2 years old are available for €25 per stay including linen.

Extra beds are available on request for €45 per stay including linen.

All apartments have mountain views . Avenida Mountain Resort also has direct glacier and ski slope views.

All apartments have Nespresso coffee machines. Some ad filter coffee machines  as well. All guests receive a welcoming pack with 10 nespresso cups, tea , creamer and sugar
