The Penthouse apartment Top14 is a beautiful luxurious design apartment.

Due to the apartments location directly under the roof and the beautiful wooden beams, it gives you a very spacious feeling. The entire apartment is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. There are three bedrooms which are all very spacious with high ceilings, lots of closet space and each has its own TV.

• Bedroom 1 has an extra large 2 persons bed, with a private bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub. There is also a second bathroom and separate toilet.
• Bedroom 2 has an extra large 2 persons bed.
• Bedroom 3 consists of 1 bunkbed and a 2 persons boxspring bed for in total 4 persons
• In the living room is a luxurious sofa bed for 2 persons.

The bedrooms are connected through a spacious hallway, giving access to the huge living room with an open kitchen.

The living room is designer decorated and has a spacious seating area. It is an excellent place to relax after a wonderful day in the mountains. The dining area seats 10 people and there is a fully equiped kitchen.

From the lounge you have direct access to the terrace, offering a spectacular view of Kaprun, the Kitzsteinhorn and the other surrounding mountains.

The Kaprun Alpine Resort also has a sauna which is free to use for the guests.
